“It’s hard to put into words just how valuable Ethan was to us in the month of our wedding. Not only did he handle the brass taxes of everything, like coordinating with vendors and making sure we had everything we needed, he also gave expert advice and suggestions when I was indecisive or in between decisions, and did frequent wellness checks, where he would text and make sure I was relaxed and in a good headspace. As we all know, weddings are expensive and we almost thought, we don’t need a coordinator, we’ll just be diligent and handle it all ourselves. Thank god we didn’t, because there is simply TOO MUCH to do by yourselves. Fast forward to the week of our wedding, Hurricane Ian was fast approaching and we had to scramble to set up a rain plan for our outdoor wedding. He was there to help every second of the way and the transition to a full tent wedding was absolutely seamless. On your wedding day, you NEED to be as relaxed as possible. There are so many people to greet, things to do, anxiety is ever-present, but he was ALWAYS there in background, making sure we were on schedule, that we didn’t forget to do the things in the excitement of it all like cutting the cake, made sure people participated in all of the things we had to offer there - even quickly found a solution so that the party didn’t end when the breaker blew on our DJ. I can’t praise this man enough - he is a master of his craft, and his help was priceless!! THANK YOU again, Ethan!!”

“Ethan helped us bring our dream of a summer garden wedding from a vision and collection of Pinterest images to a stunning reality. While at first we'd planned to just use the on-site coordinator, rather than hiring a wedding planner, working with Ethan was one of the best decisions we made. He was readily available and made working with him very easy, even as a long distance client. From coordinating and confirming with all of our vendors to ensuring that every detail came together on our big day, Ethan was detail oriented, professional, and communicative. It took a lot of our wedding stress away to know that Ethan was managing the myriad of details for us, such as timing of shuttles and negotiating hotel blocks. Perhaps most valuable, Ethan is well connected with vendors and was able to make wonderful recommendations for our DJ, videographer, transportation, and officiant. Our wedding party was flawless, our guests were amazed with the production Ethan executed complimenting his work throughout the night, and for myself and the groom, we were and still are grateful and blessed to have partnered with such a phenomenal professional and true friend forever.
